I think I recently read a thread here where someone had a similar problem, ended up having to call the bank(halifax perhaps) and get the code that way, and apparently the bank worker was reluctant to give the code. Can't find the thread. | Yes, that was me.
It was for Nationwide savers account i had a nightmare with.
No problems with halifax. Probably one of the best banks out there :-)
