Nearly a decade ago eBay started banning accounts that were selling 'Virtual Items' for Online Games. I m interested to use your service, however I went on your website and couldn't find any of those infos:

1) Can I choose the state? (it matters for me - many will say it doesnt matter)

2) I cant find how to setup. Is it a Proxy configuration that I can just put on my browser if I dont want to install an other VPN software of my machine or its just a VPN software that I install and login before connecting to the server?

One account a real spectrum IP and the other on a "fresh" proxy. the spectrum one worked the "fresh proxy" was suspended...obviously the trick is in the IP...

If you're going to list ⊗⊗⊗⊗ rolexes, the best IP address in the world isn't going to help you.

I would say most proxies won't work.. but a fresh dedicated IP address that hasn't been abused will work (we test all our IPs to determine if they're flagged or not).

The right IP is the trick!
