I plan on making some uk accounts, will the shared VPN help or work? Everytime I connect, I get a different ip address?

Yes, we have access to millions of IPs in UK. You get full access to that pool. You can choose based on location or ISP selection (ISP selection is best).

Sub users is just a way to manage your usage easier, don't worry about that it does not limit you in any other way.

And Yes, the plan is only limited by traffic usage.

The shared VPN is datacenter IPs (these are not that great for account creation)
