5- Payout are generally made within 24hrs. Sometimes faster and in some rare cases, could take a bit longer.

Still waiting over a week for a paypal address, very difficult service to liaise with. Last attempt at a trade i waited over a week as he was 'Having issues' in the end needed to ask for a refund, which took a few more days. Though refund was given.

I'm a bit afraid that I can't match your username here and your comment with any conversation on Telegram.
However, I have the right to choose who I work with. They are users here who use the service on daily basis without issue.
Dealing with Paypal isn't an easy task and yes issues can always happen (if you find someone who tells you, issues are impossible with Paypal, then be rather careful :-) )
Most important is to be able to deal with these issues.

Just honest feedback of my experience. Still no further comms from you so i've give up with your service. You have the right to choose, correct, but we have trade before successfully, after that like i said you held the paypal payment for a week then i needed a refund as i couldn't wait endlessly. So that failure was from your side not mine, Which you gave. Other times i've contacted you your terms are changing each time. Easier just to say "don't want to trade mate" instead of wasting my time.

Honestly I don't remember having held your money for 1 week. Furthermore I can't even match your username here with your username on Telegram. Why not just writing me on Telegram so I can check exactly what happened with your case? I remember as I started offering the service, payout was taking up to 1 week but things changed a lot since.
