"It strictly says no refunds. We have done everything we possibly can to reinstate your account. Upon looking at the screenshots you have sent me, this was your fault. Its not being reinstated due to falsified invoices!

I cannot update the poa in these circumstances as it clearly stated on the annotations, block seller no matter what.

We have a full fledged business we are running, our terms are clearly set out in our advertisement and before purchasing, "No Amazon appeal is guaranteed"

Just to clarify this experience, the buyer made his own invoices (nothing to do with our service) hence was not reinstated. Screenshots clearly show this, as supplied to me by the buyer.

I wrote 5 appeals but since looking at the screenshots the buyer sent me (of which were sent to me at the very end of the appeal process)

You can clearly see that Amazon had annotated "Do not reinstated/ Block seller" under all circumstances.

Our work has been carried out 100% correctly and unfortunately this was lost due to an error made by the client

I ordered a full case to unlock my account some time ago. I received the text, it was designed very competently, in a business style, as expected. Subsequently, Amazon requested additional information, so I informed the seller about this. A day later, a new appeal was ready. In general, everything is good. Good seller. Recommended.

I would highly recommended this service!!! My account was suspended and I have been battling with Appeals with Amazon for two months now and had zero success. So I used the service offered here and had my account reinstated within two days!!!! So happy with the results!!!

Didn't work for counterfeit suspension. After more then couple months of sending appeals and invoice, Amazon stop replying.
All in all, the service and communication is good. However for counterfeit suspension, it's probably better to just purchase a new account.

Waste of time and money, always escalating.

I've used Josh in the past for an appeal on an account that I didn't think I had any hope of getting back after I had done "Jeff" emails and all that. He got it back.

Now I have another issue with Amazon on a completely legitimate account that they won't listen to my appeals. I just hired Josh again and have high hopes that this appeal will go as smoothly as the last time using him. I sent the first email to him about an hour ago and we already sent 5 emails back and forth and got the ball rolling and have him hired already to start working. great communication like always.

I'll keep this thread updated with how it goes....
