I have used JOSH twice in the past and he was unable to get my account back open but I was able to withdraw the money...HOWEVER he just got an account reopened that had a large sum of money in it that I was able to withdraw and continue selling! Would recommend!

I had my Amazon seller account suspended for potentially inauthentic product. I was having trouble getting Amazon to accept my appeals and supporting documents.

I'm happy to report that my account was reinstated 120 days after the initial suspension and approximately 50 days after I began working with Josh. Most of the time was spent waiting on Amazon to report back. Josh provided 1 POA and 2 follow-ups for me to provide to Amazon during the process. Everything was tailored and unique to my situation.

Josh was very professional and quick to answer questions and provide the necessary appeal documents and instructions in a timely manner.

I would absolutely use his services again should the need arise.

Shortly after Amazon reinstated the account it was banned again. We've waited over 6 months after sending 2 appeals and the account is still banned without any response.

Josh managed to get my amazon account unsuspended that was taken down for a bunch of different reasons in early 2016. It took 3 different times sending the appeal to amazon to get it fully restored with no other issues! Answered all of my questions. Thanks!
