June 28 - submitted an order for one defect removal
June 30 - received email denying removal
July 1 - offered the 3 other defects on my account to remove, and that I just needed one removed.
July 13 - "Sorry not yet, it seems like it was denied before it was sent to us which is why we got the false positive when we tried earlier and why it is taking a little longer."

Not true of course, because I would not try to remove myself. None of the other 3 defects attempted, and likely ineligible to be removed by now.

Sept 6 - still no resolution despite bumping several times. Buyer beware I guess.

I have reason the believe this 'method' no longer works as months ago I used it on another account. Not only was the negative feedback not removed, my egay account was suspended. I suspect the loophole they were using is no longer open due to egay moving to ai and away from human contacts
