We are still working on it, we don't require any payment until after the removal has been successfully completed.

Everything on our site is automated but we will reach out to you if there is any more information needed. At the moment we just have to wait for a positive response from eBay.

The processing time will vary, normally it is around a week but it is a bit longer at the moment due to some support channels being discontinued last month.

Did you know that just 0.3% of your transactions resulting in a defect could cause your eBay account to get throttled and possibly even suspended?
