Why dont you share the screenshot you sent us here? These cards for to add into paypal for verification not for purchase.

Add into your paypal and it will work without any issue, no such thing that if you wait for 1 month vcc not work, your vcc issued will expire on 01/21 and it can be used anytime before this date

When you keep sending messges from different accounts off course cant see your payment, if you cant send post over 25 this does not means you signup for new account. Mod done this option for reason
