I have bought more than 20 accounts from this seller.
Each account took about 3 weeks for him to deliver.
At some point, I bought 5 accounts and delivery took 3 months.
i am going thru my records

Payment was made on May 30, Account was delivered July 26, meaning after 66 days, which the account was suspended, and it was only 1. I purchased 3 accounts and 1 delivered within 66 days which was suspended. Duab keeps telling me next week every 10 days, and this is what is going on. I offered him to give me eBay accounts instead of Etsy if he can not deliver, but it takes about 2-5 days for him to respond to one question just like the other sellers on forum. I am not happy with this.

I understand things happen, he was not able to deliver the accounts.
But the problem is he does not offer refund and not delivering any accounts
within the time frame that was promised. Not even getting back to messages within a reasonable time frame. i am not saying he is a scammer, but if this is not scam, what exactly scam is?
