There has been a large amazon suspension sweep that has affected around 15 shops.

Currently not taking orders as I will be working on resolving current problems

Once old problems are resolved, will be able to take in new orders

If you have an issue with a shop please be patient and send me an email to make sure you are on the list of shop replacements needed. If we are already talking through email then I already have you notated for a replacement and you don't need to do anything

Understood, but that is not fair to the people who paid good money and have sat and waited for the accounts and have spent additional resources (VM's, VPNs, etc.); all of that is now a waste of money, I am asking you kindly for a return of my money. You claimed it was a CA account; it is not, which is why you claimed it took over a month. There are many other problems with the dead account, so it seems obvious why it was deactivated. This is in no way our fault, please make it right by returning the funds, it is not right you hold onto people's funds until, as you say "it blows over." That isn't your money to keep.

Agreed - we will do some kind of compensation for things like IP/VPNs purchased for shops that had to be replaced.

We're working on solutions at the moment.

After 3 stores bought from "Beautiful", the store went down for document verification. He send me F*** utility docs and all 3 were denied and shut down. He wouldn't replace those stores. Mind you, I've purchased over 50+ stores from this guy over the last 4-5 years.

I sent him $4000 for 4 additional stores in May 2024 as he have claimed he "has excess" shops. It's been 3 nearing 4 months, and still nothing.

I will change and update my experience with this seller when there's a positive outcome. As of now, I've been cheated out of nearly over $10k with this seller.

As explained several times - amazon suspension waves happen every year and effect shops made around a certain period. There's nothing that can be done to avoid this its part of the business dealing with amazon.

Currently the suspension wave is over, so working with past customer that had a shop impacted with replacements, partial replacements and heavily discounted replacements. I would say I am about 50% complete with resolving past issues related to the bill suspensions. There are no further suspension waves happening now as shops appear to be stable.

Posting 10 more times the same thing won't change anything, I'm still resolving orders in the order as I received them. I offered you priority for patience, but since you don't understand the situation I will reach out to you once your replacements are ready and ignore further messages.

Beautiful emailed me to "put me in the bottom of the queue" list because I provided current feedback of his service above. Such a threat isn't too kind especially when I've paid over $10k+ for accounts.

I will update my experience as the days, weeks, and months progress.

I understand bumps happen in business, so I am allowing Beautiful to make it right and deliver what he promised before I update these feedbacks...

Correct as I explained the situation multiple times to you and we go through the same thing every time, so instead of giving you priority on replacements, you would be towards the back of the line.

Not possible as your shops were already delivered. They were suspended due to the amazon sweep.

The discounted rate you paid was already spent on the shops that were suspended. They are in queue to being replaced

I asked for a refund before the store was delivered, and you refused, claiming the account was in a special location and that is why I had such a long wait, then you delivered something different. We pay you for this service; you are the expert on the accounts and offer a guarantee; we expect to get what we paid for. Putting the problem on someone or some thing else is unacceptable. What are we all supposed to do—sit around and wait for god knows how long?

I am also in the same boat. Getting the run around for months and getting BS excuses. Beautiful used to deliver AWESOME stuff...times have changed

There are around 13 shops still need replacements out of a total of 36 from the suspension wave. Majority have already been replaced.

Its a slow process and even slower due to slow amazon registrations and verifications since a couple weeks ago.

I appreciate everyone's patience, its been a very annoying last 3 months when the amazon suspension wave happened. A little more patience and everyone will be taken cared of in the order that they received a problem.

The only outstanding problems now are all related to the suspension wave that occurred around a few months, I'm still the same reliable seller otherwise.

There's nothing I can do to speed things up other than work with the slow system in place on Amazons side

I am still about 12 shops shy of being caught up with replacements.

Its been a slow process. Haven't taken in any new order in a couple months now just to get caught up with existing orders.
