I paid this dude on 13-Nov a $35 for a VCC (USA Bank USD) but still haven't received anything 8(

the first time he gave me a VCC that was already used by someone on Paypal

the second time he gave me instead of US VCC ($$$) of the American bank VCC in EUR from Wise LOL

the third time he also gave me a non-working VCC that didn't accept PayPal

I lost mine $35
BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Aspkin members stay away from this VCC provider!!!!
Strongly do not recommend!!!

We provided VCC he used it after a month...
He ask for Paypal, we provided it and all worked.
He needed USD currency we also provided it, and after he try to link it he get declined, then we check it on our side and it wrote Paypal card was already linked.

Not sure who is wrong here, we provided a card that worked.
The second card he used, but seems he get banned or something.

His card didn’t work on Dubai PayPal.
Also he is just using revolut VCCs.
He said he will refund me the half within 7 days but I don’t think I’ll see the money again LOL
He said he is just responsible for the cards not payments never heard such a BS.
He is really trying hard to keep the 15$
