Hello, I did not find information in your original post. Will your VCC work with my eBay?

I've registerd on eBay.com, acc from Estonia (Europe). My own VCC from Revolut and Wise is not working for some reason.

In Estonia you don't need VCC.
You need Iban
since it is European.

I mean to sell.
You can also skip that step and not place a bank for the moment

I've already attached bank to my eBay, works just fine.

Problem is that eBay requires me to add CC for potential charges. And I can not add VCC from the same bank account that I previously added for payouts.

I suspect it might be because of difference in billing address and credit card holder's address.

They only check the numeric part of any address like street number and zipcode,not street name ,city or state
