I paid for paypal business account $195 on August 16. Seller told, that it will take 5 days to complete order. After waiting 11 days I asked for a refund as I bought already account from another place. Seller told that he can not make a refund as his partner resposible for it. 6 days passed after my refund request and still no refund. Responded that no estimated time when my refund will be made.

Seller did not deliver order and does not make a refund.

Response :

''Hello brother, i understand your frustration. Sorry for the long waiting time on the refund. I'm reminding my colleague constantly about this issue. Hopefully hell understand your situation and process it asap. Nothing else i can do to help bro, im very sorry about this.''

To address your swipe. I have more positive reviews here than all other sellers combined and I am the longest seller here with the exception of EBOB. Yes there I have some negative reviews. Far far more positive ones.

Out of 100 last comments of yours there's more negative feedbacks than any of the sellers here combined. So check your logic first.

Yes I had issues, but all customers are given a solution, and nobody needs to wait for 6 months like your's do

Well we both know that isnt correct. Im not really going to get dragged into a back and forth here. I acknowledge have had more negatives in the last few months than all my years combined. But most of that is from the same 3/4 people over and over again RE the same issue even after the issue was resolved. I have also had far more positive reviews in that same time frame. My issues are beside the point though.

From what I am being told you are offering solutions then not following through. Please go ahead and reply to the customers with realistic solutions as I am getting quite a few messages saying the same thing here over and over (that you are offering a solution then not replying for a week). Their issues have also unfortunately been going on for months. This is the same advise I am following myself as well

2024 onward, there's 19 unique complaints on your sales thread. Not counting already deleted comments, as you were able to delete/edit them yourself in some cases.

So 19 complaints + deleted ones, hard to top that buddy. If we're speaking facts, lets speak facts. Now lets add all of our combined negative comments and see who wins...

James pls get this Duab issue get resolved he keep sending me threats by DM I don’t give a **** once my limit crossed I will report this guy to ***** for running shady business I am sure you know what I am taking about

I am not interested he doing fraud with customers or not but I don’t want to hear from this guy simply not interested

Duab you batter get your customers issue resolved first rather then sending DM’s

People have said they cannot get hold of me - 100% true - they have not all been buyers though. But again 0 denying recently I have had issues. All of which have been solved. Again there have also been a lot more positive reviews in the same time frame. I also sell the most accounts here so as a % I expect we are even. But all you are doing here is deflecting from your own issues that need solving. Please just make sure they are solved

Anyone that makes purchse on this thread now will have themselves. OP already said he is not fully involved in this part of the business, evidently customer's money will keep getting locked down
