I need uk paypal and ebay account for selling. But as i see ur paypal dont have bank accounts. But can i do selling and get money without bank account anyway ?

Here are my questions:
1. If I am going to buy Gold Package, how can I withdraw the funds from PAYPAL ? If I am going to add a bank account, the bank account needs to be real? Can I add the bank account information which was linked with limited PAYPAL before?
2.If was asked to provide documents such as photo ID and bank statement, is it possible to lift the limitation?

How could he provide you one with a bank account already attached? You need to add a bank account yourself. Then confirm the deposit which will be on your online banking statement. PayPal can't see the name on the bank account
