I'm interested in the Bronze package as per below. Can you tell me whether using the below unverified paypal account which i receive the ebay funds from I can e-mail these funds to another verified account with no limit?

Also when selling again via ebay do I need to use a proxy to hide the IP address I previously used to sell with and use different images for the products I sell?

I'm potentially prepared to buy the below via paypal.

BRONZE PACKAGE
Ebay Seller Account + Paypal + Gmail.
Ebay account has 25 item / £750 monthly selling limit.
Paypal is UNVERIFIED.
Paypal has a 1 year VCC attached.
Price is £45

I assume the above has a 25 items per month selling limit, which can be increased over time?
