Hi I am totally new to this I got MC999 selling restriction I live in Lincolnshire, England, I am looking to sell again on Ebay and have been reading the posts on here, say I bought the "Bronze package" Would I need to change my I.P address as It would have mine blocked? aand also how does the VCC work how would that be transferred to me? and would I need to change the address to ones I have access to? sorry If I am asking stupid questions, I just need a bit more details if I bought this package what else would I have to do to not get blocked account from it being linked to my last.
