hi everyone, caan someone on here kindly answer me a question regarding bank accounts. i have been kicked off ebay about 3 months ago. can i still use my old bank account with these uk stealth accounts? someone told me that ebay & paypal have no way of checking who the bank account belongs to as they`re not allowed to view bank details. is this true?
