I have the following situation: I can not get to work on the transаfer of your PayPal. In my country I can not cash out on the card from my PayPal account, so I opened a PayPal account in Italy but it is the month age, and on it, I still can not accept transfer for my work. Advise which I need to buy a PayPal account, so I can get a transfer and that my money is not limit. In advance thank you all for your help and answers!
