4) When I should and shouldn't withdraw and how much each max withdrawal each each time.

5) Will adding a Entropay viritual bank to the PP account be ok for withdrawals.

- 21 days hold lifted
- no need to send ID and utlility bill when 1800€/2500€ received?

Or you only confirm debit card, email and phone number?
