You bought an account that was delivered in full and then changed your mind and decided you wanted a totally different account as well as a refund... To which I said sorry but unless the account is defective then its non refundable.

Not sure that there is anything incorrect with my attitude there. I have offered help with any issues you have had, delivered the accounts and replied to all PMs. I wont however offer a partial refund because you have changed your mind on the account even though you still want to keep the account.
