Every account I received has been restricted, I have not been able to use any of the accounts.

Because accounts get made in fictional details in such a way ebay doesn't detect it.

After you asked me to check out the website you wanted to use it on it needs to be a business paypal. Upgrading and sending it over (I have also sent a message letting you know this)

So just to update - you got the account a few days ago (same day this comment was posted) and then got hit straight away with a doc request after using it to sell something which I am also dealing with for you

Yep so taing a $80 payment right away for a digital item can cause a limiation. But everything has been uploaded for you a few days ago just waiting on it to br reviewed by PayPal. PayPal is always a little slower at Christmas time though.

My review: Horrible communication: delays sending and gives excuses. I paid > 9 months ago.
I paid JamesNorth101 on 2/19/23 (over 9 months ago) because of his good reviews and he states that he gives within 24hrs. However, it was already restricted from eBay asking for account info.
After no contact for several days, he then says an account info was already sent. I asked for it to be resent since I did not get any emails. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a reply for several days (despite often saying he will send today or tomorrow and he "missed" my pm).
On 3/30/23, he finally pmed after I made a post (which was deleted very quickly and he didn’t respond to my pm asking for eta). However, he now says “I have emailed this over 3 times now”. I still did not get any emails.
I told him to message me beforehand when he emails. In addition, I asked when he emailed, but he avoided the question.
On 4/16/23, he now says, "I asked you for your email address to send a new account to…", instead of simply resending the info. In addition, he never asked for my email address to give another account.
On 5/1/23, he said he emailed. I messaged immediately that I did not get any email. I got a reply several days later. However, the account was already restricted again, asking for id.
I messaged for id again, and he again says he already sent. On 6/21/23 1:29 PST, JamesNorth101 admitted he never sent, he said “Your 100% right I am sorry” and will reply within 36 hours (he previously repeatedly said he emailed several times). Unfortunately, he never gave, often saying he will send soon, for example on 7/14/23, “Got them give me 3/4 hours and emailing” and on 7/26/23, “"Going to be around 1pm uk time Thanks Withiut fail"
He gave me another account weeks later, however, the password was already invalid. He constantly delays fixing the problem and says to contact him later, but then he doesn’t respond.

John is giving a very one sided view of this here. I am not going to try to argue over it as it was very slow in terms of getting him a working account. There were a lot of delays in part due to the IP being used - that has all been corrected and John now has a fully verified working account. John was promised the documents he needed for the account on Sunday and John got the documents he needed on Sunday. Everything was then verified and John has now confirmed his account is indeed working.

This is also all US eBay account related and nothing to do with UK eBay which is very different.

How are ip addresses related to the accounts asking for verification? Accounts problems included asking for verification or wrong password and one account was locked.
