Same day as this post Chronoshift had been given a free accout to replace the account that got the document requested. The replacement was a 4 year old account which was a older better account than the original account he bought

The original account is still pending review (I don't control PayPal reviews so it having not yet been reviewed isn't in my control)

I purchased Premium Paypal with him on September 2023 (4months), the most expensive and i still cant able to log in to Paypal, He keeps giving excuses n all but nothing so far.

So as you know it's all set up. Need to follow the instructions please. The VPN your using unfortunately won't work. But here to help get you set up on one that will. Really important to to follow the instructions to avoid these issues
