Trouble adding bank account

Hi chaps, been trying to add a bank account to a new stealth PayPal account, but everytime it says sorry we can't add your bank account right now. I have tried several fresh bank account but still no joy. Anyone know of a way around this?

Stop trying. Wait about 5 days then try ONE time. Don't keep trying with different banks, just stick to one.
